User Guide

How to Register

(If you have a previously registered account, just click on "Forget Password" to reset your password.  We recommend changing your passoword after your next successful log-in.)

Click on Register button at the top of the page. By completing and submitting the membership subscription form, the customer can immediately benefit from according services offered to members.

Members will not be required to re-enter their shipping or billing addresses every time they place an order and be eligible to participate in various events and discount promotions. Members will also earn reward points and these can be used to offset against future purchases. 

How to Order

Just click on your desired item to add it to your shopping cart. When you have completed your shopping, you can check out your shopping cart.

Do ensure that your selection of item, color and size are correct before confirming your checkout.

All the images of items on our website are of the actual products. Please note that there may be discrepancy in the colour you see on screen and on the item due to studio lighting or monitor settings/resolution.

Sizing - we recommend customers to check and confirm measurements of every item. We take flat measurements (i.e. put the item flat on a surface and measure) of every product, and this information is available in the Detailed Info tab of every product page.  As the design and fabric drape/stretch will affect fitting, Flat Measurements are provided rather than using body measurements for more accurate sizing decision.  Customers are recommend to check the provided flat measurements against a clothing item they already own (and knows it fits well), to make their sizing decision  There may be slight variation of +/-2cm in certain cases between the measurements stated and the actual item received. This variance is an acceptable variance and will not render the item to be considered to be defective/faulty.

All orders are final. We that you will not be able to change or cancel your order after it is confirmed.

Payment Info

All transactions are in Singapore Dollars. We only accept payments via debit/credit cards on STRIPE payment gateway.

We will need 2 to 5 working days to pack your order before shipping it.  Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number of your order.

Once your parcel is collected by the Shipping Company, we will not be liable if your package is lost or damaged during shipping. Any claims for damages or loss in transit should be directed to Shipping Company.

For other countries, we can ship internationally, please check with us via email.

Due to the coronavirus COVID-19 situation, international shipping may take 2 - 4 weeks. From time to time, there may be shipping delays due to national holidays, festive shopping or shipping peak periods.  Please note that there needs to be a person who will receive your order. There may be additional charges imposed by the delivery company for re-delivery should nobody be around to receive your package. These additional charges will be the responsibility of the customer. 

Returns/Exchanges

Returns/Exchanges are accepted for specific normal-priced apparel items only.  All discounted purchases are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Please make sure you have selected right options (e.g. size, color and quantity) prior to completing the order.

Once the order is completed, it is assumed that the customer has agreed on our exchange/refund policy.

All exchanges and returns are handled at our warehouse in Korea.

Exchanges and Store Credit

Returns/Exchanges are accepted for specific normal-priced apparel items only.  All discounted purchases are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

We inspect every item before it is packed and shipped. We are committed to providing our customers with quality products and if you have received a defective / faulty / incorrect item. In the unfortunate event that you have received a defective / faulty / incorrect item, please take clear photos of the defective/ faulty / incorrect item with tags intact (the whole item as well as close-ups) and the Delivery Order that came with your order and email to us (me-in@me-in.kr), within 2 days of receiving your parcel.

Exchanges will be done only if a defective/ faulty / incorrect item has been sent to you.

The item must be in its original condition:
- tags intact;
- unused;
- unwashed;
- unaltered; and
- listed in the Delivery Order.

We apologise that exchanges for any defective / faulty / incorrect item which does not meet all these five conditions will be duly declined.

There may be slight variation of +/-2cm in certain cases between the measurements stated and the actual item received. This variance is an acceptable variance and will not render the item to be considered to be defective/ faulty / incorrect.

No other reasons for exchanges will be accepted.

A Store Credit will be given if the defective / faulty / incorrect item is out of stock. Store Credits are valid for 60 days should be used with your next purchase. It can only be used in one transaction, and any excess will not be refunded.

The shipping costs occurring from refund process due to our error in or product defect are the responsibility of our shopping mall and we will make our best effort to process your request as soon as possible.

Returns and Store Credit

The following items are non-returnable: All items sold during Sale/Promotions, Hot Sale items, Inner Wear (eg. tank tops, tights), Accessories, Shoes, Bags and items indicated on the respective product page as non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

All shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer.

In the event that you wish to return an item, please take clear photos of item with tags intact (the whole item as well as close-ups) and the Delivery Order that came with your order and email to us (me-in@me-in.kr) within 2 days of receiving your parcel, stating your reason for return.

Returns will be accepted only upon confirmation from our Customer Service Team.

The item must be in its original condition:

- unwashed;
- unaltered; and
- listed in the Delivery Order.

We apologise that returns for any item which does not meet all these five conditions will be duly declined.

Upon confirmation from our Customer Service, you must send the item back to our warehouse within 10 working days. A Store Credit will be issued when we receive your item. It is recommended that you use registered airmail or courier that allows you to track delivery. If your net order amount does not qualify for free shipping after the returns, the shipping charge will be deducted from the Store Credit due to you. We reserve the right to deduct any cost of providing collection (including any import taxes imposed on your returned package) from your Store Credit. We will not issue any Store Credits if we do not receive your item, and are also not liable for your item should it be lost in transit. Credits are valid for 60 days should be used with your next purchase.  It can only be used in one transaction, and any excess will not be refunded.

We have a strictly no-refund policy. In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective / faulty / incorrect item, please refer to the Returns/Exchanges section above.

Others

Customs and Duties

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient. Import taxes, duties and customs fees are collected by your government. In the event that the customer refuses to receive the parcel, the products are to be returned to Korea and will not be shipped again. Relevant costs incurred (round shipping, customs and etc) are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund.

Trademark and Copyright

Me-In™ and its logo belong to Me-In Holdings Pte Ltd. Our marks and all the materials on our website and social media platforms are our Intellectual Property, and may not be copied nor used without our written consent.
